Reservations

• Payment required to hold reservation.

• A two-night reservation is required on weekends from May through September

• A three-day reservation on holidays required with full payment (non-refundable)

 

Check in - 1:00 pm (must check in before closing)
Check out - 12:00 (noon)

Cancellations — All cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation/transaction fee. All cancellations given 10 or more days notice prior to reservation will receive a full refund less the transaction fee. Any cancellations with less than 10 days notice prior to reservation arrival will receive no refund but have the option to reschedule by the end of the year.

Outside guests are to be checked-in and pay Day Use fees.

Be respectful of others. This is a family resort. No loud or obscene language, no loud or inappropriate music, quiet time is 10pm t0 7am Sunday through Thursday and 11pm to 7am Friday and Saturday.

***Pets - examples of breeds NOT allowed: wolves, pit bulls of any type, Staffordshire, shepherds, huskies or other categorized aggressive breeds or over sized dogs (specified by liability insurance), this includes mixes of these breeds. (REQUIRED: call for confirmation of breeds prior to arrival or reservation). Dogs must be kept on leash, owner must clean up after dogs every time, everywhere. Owners are responsible for animals at all times. Violations can result in persons leaving premises. Maximum of 2 pets per site. NO EXCEPTIONS...

NOTE: Emotional support animals are NOT ADA qualified and are not considered service animals by law.

Maximum persons per RV and tent site is 6. Price includes 4 persons and others are charged day use fee up to the 6 person max. No tents on RV sites. Bunkhouses are 5 person max.

Consumption of alcohol is allowed but public drunkenness is not. Underage drinking is prohibited. Illegal drugs are not allowed. Any violations will result in persons leaving the premises.

**No Weapons allowed.

One vehicle per site, $10.00 charge for extra vehicle. All extra vehicles over the one allotted MUST park in the overflow lot. Large trucks and vehicles that trailer/RV takes up full lot will have to park in overflow due to space limitations.

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. NO EXCEPTIONS.... CHILDREN AND PETS ABOUT.

Children under 18 are to be supervised by an adult at all times at the resort. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket while on the dock and under 18 not allowed on the dock without adult supervision. There are no lifeguards and it is at own risk.
